Ubisoft Confirms Prince of Persia Remake on Track for 2026 Release

“Still in the thick of it, folks. Yep, we’re deep in the game — exploring, building, and trying to get the sands to move with some kind of purpose. Or at least that’s the idea, right?” So reads this mysterious post. Something about a team pouring hearts, souls, and more coffee than you’d believe into every little detail. Sticking with us? There’s this picture, right? A gorgeous domed building. It’s doing its best to look all majestic with the sun setting just right. But — no prince in sight. Odd, huh?

Oh, and before I forget — kinda important detail here — no Ubisoft Forward showcase at this year’s Summer Game Fest. Bit of a letdown there. But they tossed us this bone instead. Seems like they want us to know the game’s not vanished into thin air. Allegedly aiming for a 2026 release. But, who can say?
