Upcoming Update for Baldur’s Gate 3 to Introduce Crossplay and Photo Mode

Cross-play is here to shake things up by letting players across all platforms—be it PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Windows, or Mac—join forces in multiplayer mode. The new photo mode brings creativity into the mix, offering a wide selection of camera options, lens tweaks, and scene settings. Players can also enjoy post-processing effects, frames, and stickers, perfect for making your party appear ultra-cool, absolutely adorable, or even a tad intimidating.

In another exciting development, each class in Baldur’s Gate 3 is set to gain a fresh subclass as they level up. Take the Bards, for example; by opting for the College of Glamour, they’ll find themselves with boosted abilities to patch up allies and enrapt enemies. Meanwhile, Monks diving into the Drunken Master subclass will discover a unique twist, utilizing alcohol from their inventory to enhance their skills.
