This week’s Nintendo Switch eShop update is buzzing with excitement as we await the arrival of the highly anticipated Switch 2, now just about seven weeks away. In Star Overdrive, players embark on a thrilling ride across a mysterious alien world on a hoverboard, tackling puzzles and vanquishing foes. Developed by the indie team Caracal Games, comprised of 12 passionate creators, Star Overdrive marks their first appearance in a Nintendo Direct. Published by Plug In Digital, the minds behind the captivating Mindcop from last year, this game blends fast-paced action with platforming and third-person elements. Keep an eye on Star Overdrive, as it might just become your next favorite.
In the music department, Luigi’s Mansion makes its haunting debut in the Nintendo Music collection. On top of that, there’s a slew of fantastic titles on sale right now, from Mario + Rabbids to the comedic South Park, and many more in between.
