To kick off the finals weekend, the Toyota Gazoo Racing GT Cup serves as a high-octane warm-up. This event, taking place at 16:00 CET on Friday, December 7, promises intense competition. With a mix of experienced World Series participants and fresh faces eager to make their mark, this race is set to be a real nail-biter. Twenty-four racers from across the globe will compete in two heats, with the ultimate champion of 2024 crowned after the Grand Final.

Leading the pack in the Manufacturers Cup is Team Lexus, although they’ll be missing their star player, Igor Fraga from Brazil, due to his commitments in the Super GT circuit in Japan. Stepping in for him will be Harald Walsen from Chile, while Team Porsche, hot on their heels, hopes to close their four-point gap, and Team BMW is in close pursuit, just a single point behind them.
