According to SteamDB, it jumped from like 10-15k folks playing at once to around 30-35k. Sunday hit a peak at almost 36k. Double the numbers, if that math checks out.
So, why is everyone diving back in? Probably it’s that insane 90% off deal EA tossed in with their Summer Sale. Went from $39.99 to just $3.99 on Steam and other places. Xbox has it for $4.99, although PlayStation folks have to shell out the full $19.99. Bummer there.
