Anyway, they explained it like this: a cloud appears and zaps your poor enemies with Electro damage, and it might even score some critical hits. Oh, and the damage gets a boost based on Ineffa’s attack stat. Handy, huh?
Now, here’s a fun tidbit: Ineffa hails from Nod-Krai. No, really, Nod-Krai! Never heard of it either? That’s where the Traveler’s headed next in the story post 5.8. Who knows if this whole Lunar Charged gig will stick around longer—pfft, your guess is as good as mine. But if we follow HoYoverse’s track record, they like spicing up combat with each new area.
