Hey, so guess what? Survios is doing a thing again. They’re bringing a flatscreen version of “Alien: Rogue Incursion” to, like, PC and PS5. It’s all fancy-shmancy and called the ‘Evolved Edition’, whatever that means.
Originally, if you remember, this game was chilling on PSVR 2, PC VR headsets and, oh yeah, it dropped on Quest 3 too in early 2025. Funny thing though, when it first came out, people were kinda meh about it. The Xenomorphs were shuffling around like they forgot their morning coffee, and it got repetitive. But hey, patches happened. Phew.
But here’s the deal now, everything’s been “re-envisioned”—whatever that means—for PC and PS5 folks. It’s hitting Steam and the PlayStation Store on September 30th, 2025. Mark your calendars, or don’t. Up to you.
So, the game—and get this—follows Zula Hendricks. She’s an ex-Colonial Marine on this crusade to bust open Weyland-Yutani’s sneaky black site experiments. There’s this planet called Purdan, and she drags along her synth buddy, Davis 01. It’s all clandestine and stuff, sneaking into a Gemini Exoplanet Solutions research place just packed with Xenomorphs and tons of firepower. Typical, right?
Quick twist: This is just Part One, apparently! Yeah, Part Two is cooking, and it’ll have Zula face even gnarlier enemies and bigger hurdles. But, like, who’s keeping track?
Part Two’s release? Anyone’s guess. Maybe they’ll stagger the VR and flatscreen editions again, or maybe they’ll mix it all up. Surprised? Nah.
Oh, fun trivia! Survios has been here, done that before. Remember “Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions”? They took all that VR boxing stuff from “Creed: Rise to Glory” and poof, it became an arcade-style brawl fest in 2021. So yeah, converting VR to flatscreen isn’t new for them.
Crazy world, huh? Okay, bye now.
